How to use 30% CBD oil?
The daily dose is adjusted based on individual sensation. Factors influencing the type and severity of the disease, the state of the endocannabinoid system, body weight, age, and other medications taken.
Dosing, regardless of the oil selected, must be started at a low dose! Starting dose: 3 × 1 drop. The dose can be increased by 1-1 drops every 3-4 days over a period of 4 weeks. Raise to a maximum of 3 × 5 drops and hold until the end of week 4. During this 1 month, we monitor our body because, as described above, it can have a positive effect in several areas. Increase the dose as described until the positive changes intensify. If there is no further noticeable improvement, in this case, return to the optimal dose that best suited your body.
